Malaysia’s national flag carrier, Malaysia Airlines, have enhanced their existing loyalty system as of March 24th.

Malaysia Airlines, renowned for its’ exceptional passenger service, have upgraded their existing loyalty system by selecting Crane FF to power their frequent flyer program, Enrich, as of March 24th.

The loyalty system is a re-launch of the existing system with the new, user friendly, web version of Crane FF, enhancing added online interactive functionality for their members.

Malaysia Airlines is proudly welcomed to the Crane Users Community as the 16th airline to select Crane FF as its preferred loyalty management solution.
