Virgin Blue Launched Its New Loyalty Program Powered By Crane
Australia’s leading low-cost carrier Virgin Blue, which was voted as the World’s Best Low Cost Carrier by OAG has launched its new loyalty program.
The program, named Velocity, will be managed by Carlson Marketing Group (CMG) who has selected Crane Frequent Flyer solution developed by Hitit Computer Services.
Velocity will be using Crane Frequent Flyer Software System which brings rich Frequent Flyer and CRM functionality, high technology and cost effectiveness.
With this new member of our customer group, Crane now serves four airlines. Turkish Airlines, our first customer, is using the system since year 2000. Icelandair migrated to our product in 2003 and in 2005 Kuwait Airways and Virgin Blue started using Crane to manage their loyalty programs.
