Yemenia selects HITIT's Crane Frequent Flyer System

As part of its restructuring process, Yemenia Yemen Airways and HITIT Computer Services have officially signed an agreement for the implementation of CRANE Frequent Flyer System at Yemenia.

Installation has been completed and Yemenia already began using the System in February 2007.

Crane FF System is an Airline Loyalty Management Software which brings rich functionality, high technology and cost effectiveness. CRANE Frequent Flyer System developed by HITIT Computer Services was selected from a number of software systems because of the versatility and user friendliness of the system along with HITIT's continued support for the application.

'With the addition of Yemenia Yemen Airways, our airline customer base has increased and CRANE Frequent Flyer became the widely used FF Solution in the Middle East region.'

Yemenia Deputy Managing Director for Commercial, Mr. Abdulla Almutareb said, 'Yemenia is a firmly growing carrier in the Middle East Region and is now using the latest generation of aircrafts from Airbus and Boeing covering 33 points in the Middle East, Europe/Africa and the Far Fast. Yemenia is intent on developing its IT services to its clients. With this in mind, Yemenia has acquired the services of HITIT's Frequent Flyer Product called CRANE FF which is growing in demand in the region to provide benefits to the customers using Yemenia services. We in Yemenia are very optimistic in our decision to use the CRANE product and hope this will be the milestone for more cooperation with HITIT.'
