Two Sides of the Picture

- Therefore the data in the system are not only used for customers’ evaluation, but also for measurement of the sales team’s performance .
Marketing Activity Planning
- Marketing tasks like visits or calls can be planned and assigned to the sales representatives.
- Sales team members can see their planned or assigned activities.
- When an activity is performed, users enter the results and close the activity.
- The activity then becomes a part of the ‘marketing activities’ and the associated points are credited to the sales team member.
